Beginner Art Lessons

In this mixed media art project, students will craft a whimsical scene featuring a frog and cricket using markers and tissue paper. They'll use collage techniques to layer tissue paper, creating texture and depth, while markers will add vibrant details. This project not only sparks creativity and imagination but also enhances fine motor skills and understanding of color theory. By blending and layering diverse materials, students will enhance their artistic skills and express individual creativity in a fun and engaging way. Art Lessons perfect for ages 4-6 years. 1-hour class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our beginner classes throughout the school-year! Dress for a mess! We use acrylic paints and sometimes they are difficult to remove from clothes!
