I majored in vocal performance at Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in psychology. I have performance experience in classical, Broadway and pop/rock styles. In my lessons, I use a natural vocal technique based on the Alexander Method of Teaching comprised of several components which foster vocal health tailored to each individual student and performer. Formal Education: Cal State East Bay BA music - in progress Middle Tennessee State University 2010-2013 Diablo Valley College 2007-2010 Private Education: Currently studying vocal technique with Jeannette Smith. Otherwise, I have been studying for over nine years. Performing Experience: Currently fronting local cover band, "The Undercovers". In the past, I have performed in Jeannette Smith studio recitals, and have been a selected soloist for various benefit concerts. I also starred in my high school musical "Once Upon A Mattress" as Winnifred the Woebegone. I was also unanimously chosen to sing our national anthem at my high school graduation.
