Years of Experience: 16 Location Options: In Home Travel Radius: 40 miles Genres: Rock, Blues, Acoustic Age Groups: Children, Young Adult, Adult Instruments Taught: Guitar Lessons,Song Writing Lessons Overview: I have been playing guitar for about 16 years and starting writing songs right away. I have taught some friends unofficially and I had one student I taught at her home. I do not read music so I taught some basics and how to read tab. She did well. I am proud to say she learned well is a good guitar player today. I have wanted to do more teaching but did not have a studio to teach. My influences are classic rock and progressive rock. Formal Education: Penn State graduate with a Bachelor of Arts. I majored in English. I graduated in 2006. Performing Experience: I have been performing for about 11 years, but only started doing major shows recently with a hard rock band I started. It is going well, we are in the process of recording, but working a day job, the process is going slow. Experience Teaching: I only have experience teaching a couple of friends and the one young girl for a few months. It went very well. She was a good student and I get along well with kids.
