Years of Experience: 25 Location Options: In Studio, In Webcam Travel Radius: 15 Genres: Rock, Blues, Jazz, Classical, Country, Acoustic Age Groups: Children, Young Adult, Adult Instruments Taught: Guitar Lessons,Bass Guitar Lessons Overview: Alex has been teaching guitar and bass guitar and performing in resorts, restaurants and clubs in and around Northeast Florida since 1985. He is well versed in classical, jazz, rock and country music. His lessons are fun but also extremely results orientated. He shows his students not just what to practice but how to get the most outof their time by using what he calls"Timed Rehearsal Drills". Parents are encouraged to sit in on any or all lessons. Formal Education: Attended Monroe Community College for one year. Retail Business Management was my major. Private Education: Took Private Lessons with Richard Longale in Rochester New York for about seven years. Took private lessons from Gary Starling at Jacksonville University for a year. Took private lessons from Dr. John Shafer in Jacksonville Florida for about a year. Performing Experience: Played "A Circuit" lounges up and down the Alantic Coast with several different "Variety Bands". Have played most recently Just about every major club in and around Jacksonville Florida. Have done the "Solo Acoustic Guitar Act" at the following locations.
