I have been playing electric bass for 25 years and string bass for 10 years. I have experience playing with bands that paid tribute to Led Zeppelin and Iron Maiden. My strengths are rock and heavy metal, but also have experience ranging from pit orchestras for musicals and jazz combos. My teaching focuses on developing the students fundamental techinque and reading music. However,it is not necessary for the student to be able to read music in order to provide a good lesson, because playing by ear is also an important skill.
