In addition to music, I am a Tutor and instructor with ESOL students. In the past my jobs included a Job Placement Specialist, with ten years legal experience from the law firms and companies of Gerardin Socol, P.A., Saccani Legal and Business Translations, George T. Ramani, P.A., James P. Gagel, P.A., Perry Ellis International, Catholic Charities, Eduardo Soto, P.A., and Lee H. Gross, P.A., a six-year naval career. While still in college, I tutored and assisted in the instruction of History, English and Mathematics. During law school, I was hired by a major retailer to teach English to the Spanish-speaking associates. Being a quick and efficient learner lets me handle many diverse duties and allows me to be a highly motivated self-starter, good problem solving and multi-tasker. Importantly, my writing and verbal communication skills include a high level of proficiency and being bilingual in English and Spanish. Formal Education: Islip High School Suffolk County Community College SUNY Stonybrook University of Miami School of Law Performing Experience: I have been performing on and off since I was 9 years old. I have played in my high School and college bands. In high school I also lead the marching band as Drum Major. Recently I have been in a band for about three years that plays Rock. Experience Teaching: I have had teaching, instructing and tutoring positions for well over 20 years. On the academic level I have taught and tutored, English and Math from K-college. In between teaching jobs, I have also been a music intructor, teaching piano, guitar, bass and saxophone.
