Involved in middle school band and jazz band, Sterling learned the art of improv from his most influential music teacher, Mr. Brown, a positive inspiration for sterling over his middle school years. He graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors in Business Management in 2006. Sterling began studying and practicing QiGong and similar martial arts ten years ago. He obtained his Certification through Supreme Science QiGong Foundation in 2015 and teaches healing and breathing. Trained by 5x World Champion Kickboxer Olando "The Warrior" Rivera, Sterling is a 1st Dan Black Belt Kick boxer under Olando and considered a sensei (Master teacher, instructor). Olando is a 7th Dan Black Belt and considered a Shihan (grand master instructor). Currently I am in 3 bands and one for back up. Voxx band, G2P the Band, Marcus Ryan. I finally decided to try an instructor and I was blown away. Sterling made learning fun and relaxing. And I learned a lot more in this first hour than i have trying to follow guitar lesson videos.
