Open Workout - Practice & Play! Join us on select Friday nights from 6:45pm-8:15pm to explore the fun of gymnastics in a safe, supervised and engaging environment. Enjoy all the events including our tumble track & trampoline! Coaches will be there for spotting drills and working skills!

Please no jewelry, skirts or dresses. Long hair must be tied back before class begins. Shoes and socks are removed before workout begins. Please bring a water bottle!
