In this hands-on class, your young chef will explore exciting flavors and cooking methods from across the Eastern Hemisphere. They’ll discover how moist-heat techniques like braising build rich, tender results while preparing Filipino Chicken Adobo, a savory dish simmered in vinegar, soy sauce, and spices. To round out the meal, they’ll practice knife skills and stir-fry basics while making colorful Vegetable Fried Rice. For dessert, students will whip up light and fluffy Soufflé Pancakes, learning the secrets to folding egg whites and achieving that signature airy texture. By the end of class, they’ll gain confidence in both global flavors and foundational cooking skills.
