Hello! I am a senior at Sac State pursing a B. A. in English with minors in creative writing and literature, and I am so excited to help you on your learning journey. In 2023, I tutored middle school aged kids from Sutter Middle School and Folsom Middle School, and as a past student at Sutter and Folsom High, I am very familiar with the teachers and their curriculums there. Alongside this, in 2024 I was hired by Folsom Lake College as an embedded tutor for Professor David Lacy, and assisted his 300, 301, and 302 students in their reading, writing, comprehension, and critical thinking skills. I have since gone on to start a literary magazine, have been published in multiple literary journals and magazines, and am a winner of the Bazanella award in literary analysis.
