We hired Aaliyah and worked great for 2 week, however she got sick and told us she needed 3 weeks to recover. We held the job for her but after 3 weeks we did not hear back from her. She told us she needed time to get readjusted to getting back to work so she just wanted to work several hours per day until she she was readjusted, we agreed to that. She told us she was coming in Monday at 12:30pm never showed up and never answered our calls. Now we are left with no caregiver for my parents. Aaliyah is totally unreliable. She will leave you searching for another caregiver.
