I believe in being present -- reading books, doing crafts, going outside, practicing letters/numbers, and creating fun activities instead of just screen time. Parents describe me as calm, responsible, and trustworthy, and kids warm up to me quickly because I give them positive attention and gentle structure. I'm reliable, on time, and I communicate well with families. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping related to the kids (dishes, tidying toys, etc.) and I keep parents updated throughout the day so you have peace of mind.
