I've always had a tender heart for older people. I enjoy connecting with them and hearing stories of their lives. I have 3 living grandparents, and my grandfather that passed away lived to see my babies born and had relationships with them. I grew up in a family that honors each other, and I know how important companionship is as we age. My grandfather was diagnosed with dementia, and while I did not care for him full time, I have experience with it. I would love to be a caring friend to someone that needs a companion to spend their days with.
