About Abbigail

I have years of caregiving experience. My Mom was disabled, and my own daughter had profound cerebral palsy. I initially worked as a paramedic firefighter in Detroit before eventually getting my Ph. D. in the neurosciences. With that, I taught veterinary medicine while conducting research. I have also published multiple books concerning caregiving Having said that, I realize that everyone is different and have their own ways of doing things. That means a caregiver must be willing to learn, adapt, and help without controlling. My role is to engage, assist, and keep your loved one safe. Whether your needs are simple or convoluted, I am able to provide the therapy, medical care, and attentiveness that you need. I also love to cook. I look forward to talking with you soon.
