About Abigail

Hi! My name is Abigail or Bea for short, and I'm a graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland with a degree in English. I have experience working with both early childhood and elementary-aged students in classroom, tutoring, and childcare settings. I specialize in English language arts, including reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary, and I love helping students build confidence and strengthen their skills in a supportive and engaging way. In addition to academic support, I've also provided childcare and babysitting for several families over the years, so I understand how to connect with kids and adapt to their individual learning styles. I'm patient, encouraging, and committed to helping each child reach their full potential, whether they need help catching up, staying on track, or being challenged further.
