About Abigail

Becoming a caregiver was a natural path for me, sparked by positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and a desire to support families by providing reliable childcare. For the past eight years, I've cared for children aged newborn to 11, and I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day, whether through written reports, text, or phone calls. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I am comfortable with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, swimming supervision, carpooling, and travel. I am fluent in English and Sign Language (ASL). My coursework in Early Child Development has provided me with a strong foundation in childcare. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life brings me immense joy.
