About Addie

Hello all! My name is Addie, and I am seeking a kind and open-minded family to work for full time in Los Angeles. Having worked in childcare for nearly a decade, I have babysat for 15+ families (all part time) in both Los Angeles and later Portland. Credited as a caring, creative and respectful caretaker, I have made incredible connections with the families I have worked for and keep in touch with them to this day. When I graduated college in 2019, I pursued a dream of being a line cook at the esteemed Mediterranean restaurant Tusk in East Portland. It was there that I developed a deep-seated passion for food, and dually learned the reality of food inaccessibility. I am seeking a family that would be interested in cooking lessons, meal prep, recipe development, grocery shopping assistance, food education etc. To share my passion with a family would be more than ideal.
