She was amazing with our family member who has dimentia. Patient and kind, but also experienced in knowing how to manage their behavior and redirect when needed. She engaged in endless conversation with him, prepared meals and helped make him calm when he got agitated. She was amazing. Our family member transitioned to a memory car facility otherwise we'd still be using her services. I highly recommend her.
