Adriana has strong nanny experience and was reliable in showing up for shifts, including during travel. She managed tasks such as organizing and preparation well. However, her caregiving style and approach to gentle redirection in discipline did not align with our family. In addition, her expectations, such as guaranteed hours even when NOT working, paid vacation/holidays, and full pay for travel days were not aligned with a part-time position. She may be a better match for families offering a full-time role with guaranteed benefits and hours even if not worked, but they were not the right fit for our family.

Adriana has been with us since my son was born last year and we could not be more grateful to her. We are moving away and are so sad to leave her! I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially first time moms. She is reliable, punctual, and responsible. She is super in tune with our son’s needs, and most of all she is so loving and silly with him. He adores her and we trust her implicitly. 

Adriana was wonderful! She cared for our three young boys (aged 1, 3, 4) for 6 months and handled their craziness with ease! She helped with driving when we were tight on time. She cooked healthy meals for the boys (and us!) which our picky eaters loved. She helped to teach manners, especially at meal times which we are so grateful for. Our care needs changed after 6 months, but we intend to reach out for date nights and weekends when needed!

Adriana was a blessing to our home and took very good care of our little one. She's very punctual and caring. She follows instructions to every step. She's flexible and very accommodating. She's able to travel and do weekends.

Adriana is wonderful and my favorite. I am a physician, my husband is a CEO of a non profit. Our schedules are busy and hectic, and Adriana is always very understanding. We hired Adriana originally to spend time with us in the Keys on the family vacation and she was absolutely amazing: polite, loving, proactive, professional and all around a wonderful human being. We are continuing to have Adriana watch our 12 month old son periodically depending on our different schedules: she is dependable, experienced, knowledgeable. We absolutely love her. But most importantly our son adores her.

I hired Adriana and from the moment she started, she was professional and warm with my 7 month old son. I immediately felt comfortable with her and I don't necessarily feel that way with many. She is very educated and added value in caring for my son. She is worth her hourly rate and I would strongly recommend her services.

I loved having Adriana as the nanny for my 3 month old. She was always looking after him, on schedule and always keeping him super clean. She had initiative and also followed our rules. She was very sweet with the baby and with my oldest son as well. Super punctual too. I would totally recommend her!

After we provided great feedback of Adriana back in December 2019, we decided to hire her for a full year during 2020 (with a small break during the summer break).  Needless to say it was an unusual year.  Adriana had a flawless execution taking care of our now 18 month old baby (from 7 months old until 18 months).  She complied with all our requirements, even the "crazy" ones to avoid Covid like changing clothes upon arrival, trying to avoid contact with others, staying with the baby at the apartment 100% of the time, etc etc.  
Our baby is very fond of her (and he is not with many) and we knew he was safe with her.  Our baby even slept in her arms and not in the crib.
She even helped us when we decided to move.  The only reason she is not working with us now is because our kid is now in daycare so he is exposed to other kids.  We still call her when we need help.
Adriana is a little bit more expensive than the regular nanny, but she is worth it. Punctual, respectful and dependable

We hired Adriana for four full days taking care of our 6 months old baby.  She was very respectful and knew how to follow our demands.  
We knew our baby was safe with her.  She will our first option to call when we need a temporary babysitter

Adriana is very reliable and communicates with you every step of the way. She takes care of my 3 month-old with so much care and love. I was a very nervous mom to go back to work but Adriana really helped me feel more comfortable leaving him. She is kind, understanding, and very sweet with my son. I would recommend her to any mother hands down. She's also punctual and responsible with her duties. You won't be disappointed with her taking care of your child- she's excellent. We are very happy with her taking care of our son.

Adriana has been my son's nanny beginning 7 1/2 months and still now that he is almost 15 months, so she has worked with our family for over 7 months already. She is so attentive to my little one and he has developed such a close bond with her. She has helped in his development, takes such pride in keeping him clean and fed and creates such a peaceful environment for him. Adriana also occasionally cares for both the baby and my toddler son when he has to stay home from school. She also has traveled with me for work and cared for both of the children planning out fun filled days for them! She never has any issues with either of them, they are both so fond of her as are we! She is an honest and trustworthy woman; anyone who finds her is blessed! And a bonus, she cooks delicious and healthy meals! What more can a working mom (and dad) ask for! The best!
