About Advaith

I've been teaching and mentoring students since I was 14, working both one-on-one and in large classroom settings. I recently completed a BA in Biology and an MS in Quantitative Finance from Boston College and now work at a Boston-based education technology startup. I tutor standardized test prep, high school and competitive math, and essay writing, and I can support most subjects through early college. Math is my favorite because it builds confidence and real problem-solving skills. My approach is engaging and curiosity-driven. I believe strong questions lead to diligence, and diligence leads to success. I take pride in helping students build both academic results and lasting confidence. Outside of tutoring, I'm an avid reader and enjoy thoughtful debate. I love playing sports (tennis, basketball, soccer, etc.) and listening to/producing new music. I was involved in most extracurriculars growing up so I can adapt to all ages and personalities!
