About Ahnya

Hi! My name is Ahnya and I am 24 years old. I have experience working with kids in both fun and structured settings. I spent 3 summers as a sleep away camp counselor and also worked weekend camps throughout the year, leading games, crafts, and outdoor adventures while making sure campers felt safe, supported, and included. I also have 2 years of experience as a supervision aide at an elementary school, ensuring students stayed safe, followed routines, and enjoyed a positive environment to learn and play in. I'm patient, energetic, and great at keeping kids engaged. Families can count on me for reliability, warmth, and a big smile every time. I have been CPR certified twice in the past, but it has expired. I am working on being re-certified soon. I also have a bachelor's degree in management and business economics. I would like to work for a family long term, but I would appreciate some flexibility as a plan to study for my masters in the near future.
