Aida has been working as our part time nanny/mother’s helper to our 4 month old son. She has been willing to help with any task I give her and has been great with our son. Our son always smiles when he sees her and she’s helped us get him on a schedule. She’s also very sweet with our 2 year old daughter and our dog when they are around. I’d recommend Aida!

Aida has been a wonderful and welcome addition to our family. She cares for our son as if he is one of her own and works with us to ensure he has a consistent schedule, food options and behavioral support. She is a wonderful nanny who has also taught our son so much, from Spanish to sign language, he's grown so much from his time with her. Aida has always been dependable and flexible when schedules change. We feel extremely lucky to have found Aida and for the attentive care she gives our son.

After interviewing several nannies we knew right away that Aida was a good fit for our family. She has been caring for our eight month old son for several months now and we are fortunate to have her. She is reliable, confident and has an incredible sense of humor. It is important to her that she cares for our son in the same manner that we do; as a first time mom that attention to detail has made me so comfortable with her care! She anticipates our sons needs (and our family's) and makes adjustments or suggestions accordingly that are always helpful. We plan on having Aida as a part of our family for a long time!

Aida came to us and helped our family at a very important time in our lives! She started as our part-time nanny for our 17-month-old daughter as we had a son arriving in just a month. After only a few weeks, we offered her a full-time nanny position.

She always knew how to create fun and opportunities in and out of our house; all the while helping implemented strategies for us to stick to a schedule for fun time, snack time, lunch, naps, and even our little one helping with chores and having a blast doing it!

She did an outstanding job making our daughter feel like the whole purpose for her being there was "just for our daughter." Our little girl could count just as much in Spanish as she could in English, thanks to Aida's bilingual knowledge, and we loved Aida's energy when she joined our daughter in gym class... excellent frog hop form! : )

I don't know what we would have done without Aida's help during this critical time and we are very grateful.

Aida has been a blessing to our family. Our nanny had to quarantine (thanks Covid) and Aida was able to take over immediately for a few weeks. Our 4 month old son was comfortable with her from the moment he met her and so were we. She brings so much child-caring wisdom and insight into our home, it has been an unexpected delight having her experience and guidance! She's energetic, smart, tender, responsible, polite, and respectful. We will call her in the future without hesitation.

Aida has worked for our family as our son's nanny from September 2021 until now. She started caring for our son when he was 5.5 months old. Throughout this time, she has been responsible, dedicated and dependable. As new parents, we were anxious about the process of finding a trustworthy nanny who could fit into our family. Aida was very responsive right from the get-go and she was friendly and caring. She is punctual for work and will give enough notice for leave of absence if needed. She is professional and highly motivated to help and support us to care for our son and also takes a keen interest in his growth and development. She presented us with helpful tips to provide age-appropriate learning and activities. She helped our son settle into a routine and was responsible to prepare and serve his meals, help with his naps, bathe him, cleaning his nursery and playpen, washing and folding his laundry, taking him for walks etc. She has been a loving nanny to our son who always greeted her with a big smile on his face and enjoyed playtime with her. She is affectionate and her approach to caring for our son complimented our parenting style well. We decided to transition our son to a daycare facility and hence had to make the difficult decision to end her employment. We truly value her contribution to our family and am certain that she will be an asset to any family who hires her.

We interviewed Aida by phone and then in person. We then scheduled a first shift for a Friday.

Two days before her shift, she wrote "Other family text me and I take the other offer. Thanks for understanding!" Apparently she had received a better offer and chose to ignore the commitment. This seems to be a recurring issue based on the reviews below. Aida seems nice and might work well as a mother's helper where people aren't dependent on her to show up.

We like having Aida around. She is very punctual and takes good care of our baby. She engages with her in various play activities, reads to her and teaches her motor skills as per her development milestones. Being new parents, her inputs are valuable to us. She is very neat and tidy. We would highly recommend Aida for any family looking for child care

We scheduled the phone interview with Aida to speak at 4:30pm. But she never called or informed that she is busy and wouldn't be able to call. Next morning, she casually messaged again to talk at 6:00pm but same response and never called. I don't like to write bad reviews but I feel this is highly irresponsible on her part. I understand that life happens but least she could have done is to inform us and not waste our time.

We love having Aida in our home.   When my son turned 8 months old, I had to return to work.  I was very hesitant to hire anyone to take care of him but I needed help.  After talking with Aida I had her come and spend the day with us.  I immediately knew my son would be in good hands.  She treats my son like her own.  Right when she comes in she washes her hands and gets ready to give my son lots of love.  I work from home and it makes my heart so happy when I come downstairs and they are playing games and interacting.  She is also teaching him sign language and Spanish.  He smiles every time she walks in the door.  I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone.

Aida is a great nanny! She is punctual, flexible and dependable. She enjoys her work and brings much experience and insight to our environment. She teaches Spanish to our child which we love. Aida keeps our child safe and stays on task. We  have enjoyed her service and will miss her :)

Aida was my younger son's nanny for 1 year, and was with our family previously for 8 months with my older son before he transitioned to daycare.  She played a key role in both of their development, teaching them some of their first words (in English and Spanish), as well as sign language.  She took them on walks daily and exposed them to new things constantly.  Aida is very clean and I appreciated that she always washed her hands as soon as she came into our house, especially during a pandemic, but this was something she even did before.  Aida is incredibly loving and will treat your child as if they were her own.

Arranged an interview - no show, no call to tell us she can't make it. Please be more professional! My husband and I changed our schedules just so that we could both be present to interview and now we've just wasted our time!

Aida is an excellent caretaker. She is prompt, dependable, and loving. Aida watched our newborn daughter as I transitioned back to work. My daughter was always happy and well-cared for when I arrived back home, and Aida kept close tabs on how she was developing. I would recommend Aida to anyone without reservation. I trust her eminently. 

We recently hired Aida for after school care of our 3 yr old daughter. She helps with change of clothes,  dinner, and playtime till we arrive from work. Aida is very patient and gentle with our fussy eater. She is  good at keeping our daughter engaged without over tiring her. This helps us to ease into bedtime routine. I have noticed positive changes in our daughter's behavior since hiring Aida and am very thankful for her great help.
