I was looking forward to meeting with Aidia as the conversation was great and on paper she seemed to be a great candidate in our search. We wanted to use her as a nanny so we scheduled an interview. I checked in to confirm the day before the interview if she was still interested. She texted back 6 hours later to verify she was still interested and was looking forward to meeting us. The next day she no-call-no-showed the interview. Would not be able to rely on someone like this, unfortunately. If she was no longer interested or something came up, communication is expected.
