First I would like to introduce myself my name is Aimee. I am a Licensed/Certified Nursing Assistant with 16 years experience. I have worked at hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices, and many private duty cases. I have experience caring for the elderly who have had strokes, surgeries, cancer, dementia, dialysis, diabetics, etc. I have assisted those with these conditions with all ADLs (activities of daily living). I also have experience with feeding tubes and wound care. I love helping others, and truly love my line of work! It makes me feel good as a person at the end of the day. My mother was terminally ill with cancer and passed away. I definitely relate on what it's like to have a loved one be sick. For this it just makes me a more compassionate caregiver. I am willing to do bathing, do light housekeeping, and cooking and anything else to ensure my patient is comfortable and well around taken care of. Thank You for taken the time to read this.
