My name is Ainza. I have worked as a preschool teacher. I have also been an in-home day care provider for 8+years now. I have looked after children from 6 weeks to preteens of age. I am a mother of three wonderful children, a 8 mos old bubba , 5year-old girl and 7-year-old boy. I like to play with children and do fun activities with them. I also enjoy reading and cooking. I offer a comfortable, loving, and nurturing environment for children. It is a pet free and smoke free home ensuring the best healthy environment for all children at my care. Being a parent, I understand the expectations from this job.

Ainza watched our daughter from 10 weeks old to about 7 months of age. We appreciate the care she gave our daughter and hope to use her in the future as back-up. She is the only person we interviewed that asked to hold our daughter during the first visit. We would highly recommend her! 

Responded promptly to my ad.  Convenient location.  We would definitely consider hiring her if in need of several days a week of care.

Ainza has helped us with back up care three times so far and we were very happy with the care she provided.  She made my daughter feel comfortable and she is excellent with the little children.

Ainza is very lovely. I had and interview with her but have not used her simply because the location isn't convenient for what I have going on. My son, who has never been watched by anyone other than family and long term friends, was very comfortable with her. I think that says a lot since he doesn't not do well around new people. He even had a huge fit on the way out because he did not want to leave.

This is the second time that Ainza has watched my children. She has done a thoroughly great job both times. No complaints whatsoever. Very professional caretaker and I love the fact that she seems to genuinely care about the well being of your children.

I've hired Ainza as my full time caregiver when my child is born early next year. I've interviewed her, met her family, she keeps a very neat home and she communicates well. She's very well spoken and really seems to care about the well being of her children as well as the children that are/will be in her care. Not to mention she has the experience with children and her own. Also, she's very close to my work so I'll be able to see my child during my lunch hour which is important to me especially in his first year. Overall she's really made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable with hiring her as our full time caretaker for our first child.

Location was not right for this to work out, however if we were closer I would happily have used Ainza to watch my child.

I had Ainza take care of my kids close to 3 years, could not ask for anything more. She is organized, responsible, takes charge of things and it feels like she reads your mind. My son and daughter were very happy, it was home away from home. We moved to a different city and miss her a lot. She took care of them as her own kids. She kept kids engaged in activities through the day and fed them nice home cooked meals. She is full of energy and enthusiasm. I trust her any day with my kids.
