We hired Aiyana to come watch our daughter a couple days a week. In the beginning, everything was great. As time went on, she started showing up late with no warning, doesn’t seem to have her own transportation, and we dealt with 2 no call no shows within the span of a month. The lack of communication was the biggest concern and ultimately the reason this didn’t workout.
