I started working with kids when I was a kid myself! I'm one of the oldest cousins so I grew up babysitting my younger cousins. Started around age 7 or 8. Started volunteering at daycare when I was 15 and started working at one when I was 18. One thing you should know about me is I am a big schedule person and I follow rules that you have set. If your child has a schedule, I am very good about keeping them on their set schedule. I'm very good about making sure they don't stray from the rules you have in place. I have my RBT certification where I have worked with special needs, autistic and behavioral needs kids! I have been doing that for 2+ years.
