About Alaina

Hi! My name is Alaina and I am a Chicago native currently residing in Ravenswood/Evanston. I am a rising junior at Northwestern University, where I am studying art history and communication sciences! I have had the opportunity to work with children for the Chicago Park District and have done babysitting gigs in the Lincoln Park area. Working with children has helped me become an overall better person. I enjoy listening to their vivid imaginations, helping with schoolwork, and doing crafts. I write fictional short stories, am professionally trained in singing and acting, and do nature photography. Nature and the arts are essential to my every day routine! I feel every person can benefit from spending time in nature and with music. If there is one thing I'd like the family to know, it is that the babysitter-parent relationship is extremely important. I look forward to connecting with both the children and the parents to ensure established communication and full transparency.
