Hey there! My name is Laney. I'm a professional musician and music teacher, as well as a Class V whitewater river guide. I've been working with kids for about 10 years in all kinds of settings-teaching, nannying, and childcare. I'm passionate about weaving music, creativity, and the outdoors into the way I care for children. I am a professional music teacher, and would love to share that with your family. I follow a gentle, respectful parenting approach and believe kids thrive when they feel heard, safe, and supported. Whether we're singing songs, exploring outside, or working through big feelings, I show up with patience, playfulness, and intention. It is a priority of mine to incorporate music and nature into every day - helping to work through some of those feelings. I drive a very reliable FJ cruiser, and am willing to help with any sort of transportation. I'm also happy to help with housework, pets, and whatever else supports the flow of your home.
