I've always been passionate about caring for children and helping them grow and develop. I worked at an inhome daycare center in high school, spent 2. 5 years providing 1on1 therapy to kids with autism, started full time nannying in February, and will have opening in early November. As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with 4 years of experience, my patience and creativity allow me to engage children in fun and educational activities that foster their imagination and curiosity. I prioritize open communication with parents, tailoring my communication style to their preferences. I will adhere to family rules as closely as I can. In addition to my childcare experience, I'm First Aid and CPR trained. Alaina was our Nanny for 10 months this year (2025). Alaina is nothing short of AMAZING! She's extremely great with the kids. She was primarily caretaker for our 2 year old, now 3, but over the summer watched both kids - 2 and 5 years old. She is creative, extremely responsible and dependable. She came into our family and learned our flow and parenting style and maintained that structure and boundaries with the kiddos. We've trusted Alaina with overnight stays with the kids, allowing us to travel as a couple and we took 2 family trips with her during the year, both got 5+ days. Our 3 year old is now in full-time daycare, which is the only reason we didn’t continue with Alaina. We'd highly recommend Alaina for any Nanny job and we're happy to be a reference and answer any questions.
