Alana is absolutely fantastic, very competent and trustworthy. We worked with her full time for a couple of months when my then almost 2-year old son had a gap in daycare after we moved. She not only was nurturing and playful with him, while focusing on age appropriate development, she also really helped with resetting his routine and hugely contributed to make him comfortable after the change of settings. I am so grateful she came in our lives at that time. She then helped us when my second one was born, competently handled the newborn and at times both the newborn and the then 2 year old toddler, giving me the peace of mind and comfort I needed to take some time to run errands and take care of myself. Alana is not only great and prepared with the children, but also very organized and proactive (invisibly helped with many kids related tasks like keeping toys and kids clothes clean and organized, providing healthy snacks to my son with what available in the kitchen, always leaving a pristine and clean environment). The boys love Alana and so do we.
