Hi! My name is Alana, I'm 20 years old and taking care of babies (all kids are little babies to me lol) for most of my life. I'm experienced in caring for children with special needs, ranging from cerebral palsy to autism I'm easy going and trust worthy but also firm if need be because I know discipline is important to development of children, just as important as nurturing and allowing children to learn and improve in theirs own way! In addition to the years of experience I have with babies, I have my CPR certification as it was a graduation requirement ( I graduated with a 4. 28 by the way!). I do not have my own transportation or my license at the moment which I know is a big thing for some jobs but I can make up for it in keeping your children safe and entertained in the comfort of your home! P. S. I'm more than open to Ubers being provided in exchange for a lower hourly rate.
