About Alanna

I'm at compassionate and caring person who loves getting to help kiddos grow and become wonderful young people! I got married last year and am pregnant with my first baby, so I'm excited about the opportunity to help other families. I started working with kids when I was a teenager through after-school programs, my church's nursery, and community babysitting jobs. However, most recently, I've worked as a registered behavior technician and as a daycare infant teacher. In my time as a behavior technician, I worked with children with behavioral and developmental disorders with ages ranging from 3 to 14. My role involved implementing ABA skills to alter behaviors and communicating with parents about progress/ program changes. As an infant teacher, I took care of 6-wk to 12-month-old babies and worked with the parents as they navigated feeding issues, health conditions, sleep training, and other aspects of infant parenting. I'm happy to navigate all things baby and/or behavior related!
