Hi! My name is Alanna, and I'm a Medical Assisting student at Alamance Community College with hands-on training in vital signs, medication reminders, glucose checks, and daily personal care. I'm calm, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping seniors feel safe and supported at home. I've volunteered at the ACC Women's Clinic, the Community Health & Wellness Clinic, and blood drives, assisting with vitals, intake, and patient comfort. This background helps me stay observant, organized, and confident with health-related needs. I've supported seniors with mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, errands, dementia care, and companionship. I'm gentle, reliable, and attentive to changes in mood, safety, or routine. I can help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, transportation, medication reminders, companionship, and basic vitals. I'm CPR/First Aid trained and committed to providing compassionate, respectful care.
