Hi everyone - my name is Alayna! I bring a fun, energetic, and attentive presence, and I enjoy keeping children engaged through creative, imaginative play that is guided by their interests and developmental needs. One of my greatest strengths as a babysitter is my ability to quickly build trust and connection with children. I have a big imagination and love entering a child's world through play, whether that means creating games, stories, or activities that feel exciting and meaningful to them. At the same time, I am very mindful of structure, routines, and safety, and I do well balancing fun with clear, gentle boundaries. Families often describe me as dependable, nurturing, and attentive. I am highly observant, responsive to children's cues, and comfortable adjusting my approach to meet each child's unique needs. I have reliable transportation and am CPR and First Aid certified, and I take pride in creating a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for the children in my care.
