About Alaysha

Hi, my name is Alaysha, and I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with experience in both childcare and senior care. I've spent years helping raise many of the children in my family from infants to teens some of whom are now thriving in college, including UNC Chapel Hill! One of my twin cousins was born premature, so I understand the importance of patience, attention, and care at every stage of development. Professionally, I worked as a Pre-K teacher at KinderCare, where I created engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early childhood growth. I also worked as a caregiver for an elderly veteran with a prosthetic leg, assisting with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, and light housekeeping for him and his wife. I'm reliable, nurturing, and always ready to support families with their unique needs whether that's helping children thrive or ensuring seniors are safe, clean, and comfortable. I'm here to offer the kind of care I'd want for my own loved ones.
