Aleah responded to my job posting. I have asked her availability to meet and she confirmed the appointment. I arranged to meet with her at a library at 11:00 AM. She did not show up nor did she notify me anything. I pinged her on care.com when I arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes, I texted her through care chat. That is when she responded saying " my apologies, My car got broken into last night. I cannot meet you today". It would have been professional if she had notified me in the morning. I want some one reliable and for me she does not appear to be reliable or responsible.
