Had an appointment for 2pm. Was told in the morning that they may be able to show up early and if they are they would let me know. Didn't hear from them rest of day and then they showed up early. I told them to wait because it was unexpected as they did not actually tell me if they would be coming early. When I went outside 15 minutes later they were gone. They did not respond to a single message earlier. Terrible communication.
