Ali is a wonderful nanny! We hired her for a short-term assignment: I only needed someone for a month and a half between the end of my maternity leave and the beginning of my summer break (I am a teacher), as my son will start daycare in the fall. I feel incredibly lucky that Ali happened to be between long-term assignments at the exact time I needed her. She is great with young children (cared for my son when he was 4-6 months old) and spends all day talking, singing, reading, and playing. She knows about child development and helped him reach milestones (such as sitting) early by practicing with him. My baby absolutely adored her and we are sorry to see her go. Fortunately she is available some nights and weekends with advance notice, so we will definitely hit her up when we need a date night!
