Hi families, My name is Aleja, and I am a caring, patient, and responsible person who truly enjoys spending time with children. While I don't have formal childcare work experience yet, I have real life experience caring for my two younger brothers growing up, as well as occasionally helping friends by watching their little ones for a few hours at a time. I believe in creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged to learn through play and creativity. I'm reliable, nurturing, and gentle, and I always treat children with kindness and patience the same way I would want someone to care for my family.
