About Alejandra

I bring over 15 years of hands-on childcare experience across home and school settings. I raised my own daughter, who is now 21, as a single mother, and I have provided in-home care for children ages one through 12. My responsibilities included managing daily routine, such as school drop off, homework help, playtime, bedtime, as well as preparing meals and creating a nurturing home environment. I decided and lead age-appropriate lessons in literacy, math, science, and social emotional learning. Supporting a child's emotional and behavioral needs, I ensured different learning strategies applied to fit every individuals needs. I have developed a deep passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive in safe, engaging settings. I look forward to continuing my work in childcare and bringing the same level of dedication to supporting families.
