I'm currently working at UCSF Hospital Mission Bay as Certified Nurse Assistant . I used to work as a caregiver and Nurse Assistant in different skilled nursing facilities. I gained a lot of experience to understand the needs of an elderly such as: - provides physical support with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing , dressing, getting out of bed, grooming and toileting. Reminds clients of their medications. - provides companionship and general supervision. - providing support with walking, transferring and using mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers. -maintaining a clean and safe environment. - providing or arranging transportation to appointments, errands and social activities. - planning, preparing and serving nutritions meals. -effectively communicating with their family and other healthcare professionals .
