Alex was a fantastic babysitter to our 14-month old. She communicated consistently in the run up to the job, arrived on time and immediately started playing with our baby, who loved her. She was very calm when our baby was crying because she didn't want to go to sleep and read to her until she nodded off. She kept us in the loop and we felt so comfortable leaving our baby with her. And she was very kind and understanding when we were late home because of taxi issues. We will be hiring Alex again.
