Hi! My name is Alex and I have been nannying and working with kids for over 10 years. I am currently getting my master's degree in clinical counseling at Point Loma Nazarene University and I am a graduate of Georgetown University. I would describe myself as energetic, passionate, reliable, and communicative. I love being outdoors/any outdoor activities, martial arts, rock climbing, hiking, and cooking! I am Red Cross CPR and First Aid certified and I have extensive experience working with multiple children, children on the autism spectrum, and children with type one diabetes. For the past year I have worked at an ABA clinic with children ages 3-7 that is school readiness focused, and I also have experience tutoring/doing HW help. I am happy to be around any pets, cook/prepare meals, and I have my own car.

Alex is awesome. Our daughter loved her and she was a great sitter. We really felt we could trust her and would not hesitate to hire her again if we are in the SD area. We were on a short vacation in SD and she really came through for us on the one night we needed a sitter at our hotel. Any SD families would do their kids a favor by hiring her. Out of towners, she's definitely a sitter you can trust. We highly recommend her.
