I have worked with 5-6 families through Care. com, I now assist 3 families. Each family has 2 children ranging from ages 11mo-10 yrs old. I've learned to adapt to their routine, and enjoy reading books, and doing arts and crafts with them. I set clear expectations for when and what we will be doing next. I help my families on a part time basis and I'm looking for another part time, I am happy to provide my current families as references . My rates start at $25/ hour for 1 child.
