About Alexandra

Hello! My name is Allie and I recently graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Classical Languages and Literature (Latin focus). I have experience tutoring high school introductory biology and was a Teaching Assistant for college freshman biology for two academic terms. I am open to tutoring in whatever area your child needs-- standardized test prep, any school subjects at any level. With a 35 ACT and 523 MCAT score (99th percentile), I possess well-rounded knowledge in addition to a patient, compassionate manner. I'd love to help your child excel! I like tutoring because I'm a people person and greatly enjoy the process of teaching and learning. I love the moment when a student finally understands, and working together towards answers to difficult problems and concepts. In my spare time, I like to run, spend time with friends, and explore the outdoors! I'm a sailor, skier, hiker, and triathlete and enjoy an active lifestyle.
