My name is Alexandra. I am a mother to 4 boys. I have over 15 years in childcare. During my career, I have owned and operated a successful, licensed, in home daycare for almost 6 years. I work part time at my kids school, president of the PTSO and on top of that my training does include working with special needs kids as well as kids of all ages. I'm looking for a job that is flexible around my hours at my children's school and understands that I am a Mom first and foremost but, if your child is in my care, I like to craft, renovate homes, volunteer, coach my kids scoffer team, and have a love for all animals but, my favorite is goats! I believe you learn through play just as much as you do in a classroom. I believe in a more gentle parenting style but, boundaries and rules are what makes the world go round. My skills include correcting behavior issues, adapting to each child's individual needs, and skills to work with kids with special needs.
