Lexi started helping care for our son, now 2, in April 2025. She is a gem. On day 1, she was helping guide him to clean up after himself in a caring way, while playing alongside him the entire day. She interacts so well with him, while providing clear boundaries about what is acceptable behavior and what is not. She truly cares for our son and his well being, and is dependable and timely to boot. 11/10 recommend.
