Lex is caring and has a genuine interest in providing the best care for my kids. She started when my youngest was only a few months and he is now one. I love that he trusts her and chooses to be held by her even when I'm home. My 3 year old loves that Lex sometimes brings stickers or even comes in her pajamas if she puts them to bed for the night. Lex has been very accommodating to our parenting style, very open to reading articles I've sent her about positive parenting. Both kids and our dog adore her.
