Becoming a caregiver stems from a genuine passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My years of experience in adult and senior care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text or phone updates, and always adhere to their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building connections with care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. As a home health aide with some college education currently in school to be an LPN. I'm ready to assist with respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and more. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
